Hi, I have a villa in Amwaj with a room I need to rent out. The price is 500+ as it is a very nice waterfront villa. There are also properties for rent and sale in Amwaj on BahrainHousing.com, most are 650+. |

You might want to try selling on http://www.bahrainpropertyworld.com they have a large selection of houses. I also believe they are posted on this forum. |

Yep, John is right. http://www.bahrainpropertyworld.com receives hundreds of visitors a day and I think you will have a good chance there and properties posted are also posted here automatically. And they are free! |

HI all, What would be a guide price for a 2/3 bed villa on Amwaj Island, unfurnished. Here in Dubai, the prices are dropping to the extent that they are less than half, in some cases, of what they were a year ago. Cheers. |
